Do you charge per click or per conversion?
No. Pick a plan; every event is included. Once you exceed your tier we ping you to upgrade. We never throttle, never auto-charge overages.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Either pick a paid plan or we pause your account and keep your data for 90 days. You can export everything as a single archive before then.
Can I migrate from Voluum, Affise, Everflow, or HasOffers?
Yes — we have CSV importers for all of them and an API that mirrors the major patterns. Most networks finish migration in a single working day.
Is my data isolated from other networks?
Yes. We use a true multi-tenant database with row-level isolation, separate object storage, and per-tenant encryption keys. SOC 2 Type II report available under NDA.
What is the postback latency under load?
P50 is 12ms, p99 is under 50ms even at peak. We do not batch; every event is processed synchronously through fraud scoring and routing before the postback fires.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes — all paid plans include unlimited tracking domains via CNAME. White-label customers can also rebrand the entire UI.
